I facilitated multiple workshops with the engineering and product teams, working to understand business and user goals.

I created mood-boards for stimulus in more workshops to gain consensus on color palette and look and feel.

I created a design system to rapidly develop concepts into deliverable UI for multiple directions and flow models.

I shipped design spec and worked closely with engineers to ensure they had everything they needed.

Later, Lightning Labs re-engaged me to help with a new product. It would be a tool to facilitate node operators in managing their channels and funds through a graphic interface, instead of a CLI.

I started this project with user interviews, speaking with multiple node operators to see how they managed channels/funds.

I created prototypes to hypotheses with users, collected observations, and tweaked designs and workflows.

I recorded all research interviews and went back to compile data and find insights, synthesizing them into a report.

I adjusted final deliverables based on the feedback we received and delivered design spec to engineers.

The brand logomark, logotype, and website where in need of a refresh. I focused on simplicity and animation to merge the brand with the mission and bring everything to life.
